Nola is my alter ego, pen name, if you would like to call it that. I have worked in luxury Resorts and Hotels in two different countries. I have been a Receptionist both at a Reception desk and a Spa desk, a Customer Care Representative, a Guest Relations, a Duty Manager…

And then I called it quits, left my job and decided to write a blog about past and present Gastronomic and Hospitality Adventures!
